A transport advisory forum for North Wales is expected to replace Taith, the former transport consortium of the region’s six unitary authorities. The forum has been proposed by Dilwyn Roberts, chair of the North Wales Economic Ambition Board. If approved by councils, the forum will meet two to four times annually, and aim to ensure an effective working relationship exists between the board and the authorities’ transport and highways teams.
