Westminster’s new ‘Air Force’ to enforce anti-idling regulations

A pair of parking marshals have been tasked with focussing on engine idling across Westminster as part of an air quality initiative. The initiative is designed to deter drivers parking with their engines running, which are a source of emissions in London.
