DVLA denies that it profits from selling keeper details

Private parking companies requested over 3 million vehicle keeper details last year, according data released by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA). By way of comparison, local authorities made 2.6 million requests for vehicle keeper data from DVLA during 2015-16.
