An Essex builder’s financial problems were worsened when he was fined for using a photocopy of his father’s disabled parking permit to avoid having to feed the meter while he worked in central Croydon.
Adam Mansfield of Rainham admitted the charge at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on 19 April and was fined £150 and ordered to pay £200 prosecution costs.
