BMW Group has acquired phone parking provider Parkmobile Group Europe, which now becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of the German car company, which owns marques such as BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce as parts of the BMW Group.
BMW’s has been investing in Parkmobile since 2014. This has enabled the car-maker to enhance development of its own ParkNow phone app, which was launched on the US market in 2012.
