German investment company launches European parking property fund

A German investment company has launched a specialist parking property portfolio.

Munich-based investment manager Catella Real Estate has launched a new real estate alternative investment fund called Catella Parken Europa. The fund has an equity target of €200m and will invest in parking operations in selected markets across Europe.
