A woman has been fined after assaulting a civil enforcement officer (CEO) in Bath who was checking whether she was entitled to use a Blue Badge.
Lamia Messoud admitted common assault on a CEO on 12 December.
She was found guilty and fined £100 and ordered to pay costs of £620 as well as a victim surcharge of £30 by Bath Magistrates Court on 20 April.
Messoud is still due to appear at Bath Magistrates Court on charges relating to misuse of the Blue Badge.
