The accuracy of ANPR enforcement systems used in supermarket car parks was challenged by Radio 4’s You and Yours in June. The programme took up the case of Kevin Ayres, who received an £85 parking charge notice (PCN) from ParkingEye after visiting a Lidl in Aberyswyth.
