Stansted apologises after meet & greet service breaks down

Stansted Airport has apologised after problems with its meet & greet parking system meant some passengers had to wait more than a day to get their cars back.

Travellers returning to the airport on 5 August found themselves having to wait for hours, only to be told their vehicle or keys could not be found.
