Promised rail journey time savings between North and South Wales can only be delivered by omitting station stops, Network Rail has revealed.
NR has just completed a £49m Welsh Government improvement scheme between Chester and Shrewsbury. It was originally due for completion in 2015 and claimed to save 16 minutes.
