Scottish councils undertaking civil parking and bus lane enforcement are to adopt the online appeal system developed by the Traffic Penalty Tribunal (TPT) for English and Welsh authorities outside London.
This means Scottish motorists who feel they have been wrongly issued with penalty charge notices will be able to appeal via TPT’s award-winning FOAM (Fast Online Appeal Management) system.
