Coventry City Council is standing by a city centre parking control scheme that was criticised by the chief adjudicator of the Traffic Penalty Tribunal (TPT).
The tribunal upheld a group of appeals by drivers who said a lack of signs and double yellow lines within the city centre Restricted Parking Zone (RPZs) meant they did not realise parking restrictions applied.
