Hectronic has taken over the on-street parking system division of Kienzle Argo. Three staff of Kienzle Argo will continue to be employed in the Berlin branch of Hectronic Vertriebs -und Service (VSG).
Kienzle Argo, which focuses on the sale and servicing of devices and systems in the automotive industry, has been a sales partner for Hectronic in Germany.
The acquisition by Hectronic, Kienzle Argo completely withdraws from the parking sector.
