Northampton Hospital is allowing members of the public using its car parks to skip the pay & display machines and purchase parking via their phones instead. “Patients and visitors started enquiring about alternative payment methods at the hospital and we felt that we could make better use of available technologies to improve their parking experience,” says Brian Willett, hotel services manager at Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust.
