InaParc is working with three other technology companies to offer an integrated management solution that connects payment terminals, automatic number plate reading camera systems and cashless transaction services.
InaParc is integrating payment terminals produced by Hectronic GmbH with ANPR enforcement systems produced by ZatPark, a software as a service provider.
These systems are being married with InaParc’s latest products, which have been developed in partnership with cashless payment experts VMC (UK).
InaParc has been working with all three companies over the past 12 months to deliver an affordable, multi-functional and future-proof solution to SMEs and for local government contracts.
InaParc founder and director Paul Betteridge told Parking Review: “The sometimes alarming rate of expansion in technology should not become an opportunity to squeeze parking operators into paying a higher premium in order to meet the demand.”
Betteridge sees the integrated approach as offering an opportunity to use ANPR as a positive facility for the parking public, who sometimes see it as being used in a punitive manner.
“Car park users up and down the country are demanding a stress-free, easy to navigate system,” he said. “The latest ANPR systems should enable them to park safe in the knowledge their visits are being accurately monitored by a reputable provider, whilst also demanding payment options such as contactless, Apple Pay and pay-by-phone in an increasingly cashless society.”
InaParc hopes to play a key role in the future of the parking industry through leadership, innovation and building partnerships. “Integration and innovation used to develop customer-focussed sales and service provides the key to future success,” said Betteridge. “We have always striven to position ourselves as an honest company with affordable solutions within the parking industry and have picked our innovation and integration partners very carefully. We want to ensure that whenever we deliver a system to our customers we are doing so with companies that are as passionate and dedicated to their customers as we are. Our partnership with Hectronic is well documented and it’s easy to see how both companies are committed to bringing the latest in pay & display solutions to the UK market.”
Betteridge believes that ZatPark has a similar ethos, which has helped the two companies work in harmony. “Meeting with David Herbert and the team at ZatPark it was clear to see this same passion and dedication to offering a contemporary solution whilst delivering the highest standards of customer satisfaction. ZatPark’s software is world class and we can’t wait to see where this integration partnership takes us next.”
InaParc’s latest product and software innovations will be on show at this year’s Smarter Travel Live! Street of the Future and on its stand G3, where the company will be showcasing the capabilities of the Hectronic Citea machines, ANPR software and new Elevation Upgrade Kits with cashless modules.
