The North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP) has launched a parking scheme to encourage parents not to drop their children at the front gates of schools.
The Stanway Fiveways Primary School, in Colchester and the Holland Park Primary School in Clacton-on-Sea have created no parking zones, known as a ‘3PR Zone’, outside its entrance to educate parents and pupils about considerate parking practices.
