Parking on Private Land Appeals publishes annual report

Motorists have a better understanding of appeals, says POPLA’s lead adjudicator

The majority of parking charge notices issued by private parking companies belonging to the British Parking Association’s Approved Operator Scheme were upheld at appeal last year. Parking companies won in 59% of cases, according to the latest annual report from Parking on Private Land Appeals (POPLA).
