A man has been fined after ignoring over 20 penalty charge notices issued by a Scottish local authority. David Humphries, used a pay & display car park behind the Iceland store he manages in Galashiels.
However, he did not pay PCNs issued by Scottish Borders Council or answer letters asking him to reveal who was driving at the time.
Prosecuting, procurator fiscal Graham Fraser told the court: “In relation to all these charges he ignored the correct parking penalty which was not paid....
