The roof deck at a Manchester car park could be transformed into a tropical-themed ‘sky garden’ with three bars and eight restaurants. The Roofff project has been proposed by Buzz Ventures, a company that transforms urban spaces into drinking and dining venues.
Buzz Ventures said the sky garden would be located on the tenth floor of the Q-Park First Street, providing a panoramic 360o views of the city’s skyline.
