Questions raised about bus cash for Skates’ constituency

Details of Welsh transport minister Ken Skates’ decision to award £80,000 of funding to a bus service in his own constituency have been released, potentially raising questions about whether he broke the ministerial code.

The code says ministers must take care to avoid any possible conflict of interest where decisions on their own portfolios could impact on their own constituencies.
