Oxford University has suggested that the city’s employers should pay a workplace parking levy (WPL) to help cut congestion.
In September, Oxfordshire County Council and Oxford City Council revealed plans to charge businesses for about 9,000 staff parking spaces in the city’s Eastern Arc. The levy could be set at £600 a year for each space.
