Transport Scotland has named SWARCO eVolt preferred bidder to operate the ChargePlace Scotland electric vehicle chargepoint network. SWARCO should take over management of the back office systems from incumbent Charge Your Car in July. The contract, worth £1.2m, is for a minimum of two years with the option to extend.
