A car park belonging to Bristol Zoo is being put up for sale as potential housing development site.
The funds raised from the sale will help fund its move to a new home.
The zoo has been in Clifton since 1836, but will close in late 2022 and move to its Wild Place Project site, near junction 17 of the M5 in South Gloucestershire.
Plans to sell the car park on College Road to create 65 homes are the first phase of the move.
