EasyPark Group has completed its acquisition of PARK NOW Group, a deal that was announced in March.
On 1 June the acquisition was unconditionally approved by relevant anti-trust authorities, allowing assets and liabilities to be transferred from PARK NOW shareholders BMW Group and Daimler Mobility to EasyPark Group.
The parties have not disclosed the terms of the transaction.
