The local authorities that make up the North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP) have elected a new chair. Cllr Sue Lissimore is the deputy to the cabinet member for highways maintenance and sustainable transport for Essex County Council and deputy leader of Colchester Borough Council.
She was elected for the role by NEPP members representing each of the six borough and district partnerships and Essex County Council.
