The cost of parking in council car parks across Warwickshire will rise by 10p an hour and Sunday charges will be introduced.
A full council meeting approved the general budget of £417.703m for 2022/23.
Besides parking, Council Tax will increase by 2.99%. There will be a 1.99% general increase and a levy of 1% to be spent solely on Adult Social Care. There will be a 4.1% increase in social dwelling rents.
