Former municipal operator Bournemouth Transport Ltd, which trades as Yellow Buses, entered administration on 29 July. It has been run for the past three years by a management buy-out team. It is understood that negotiations are underway on the potential purchase of Yellow Buses by “a large national operator,” having been  begun before the business entered administration. It will continue to operate in the meantime
