National Highways has appointed Nicola Bell as team as executive director for major projects while Richard Pedley is new chief digital information officer. Bell is a longstanding Highways Awards judge, and has been in her current role on an interim basis since June and was previously director of operations in National Highways’ South East region. Pedley has been National Highways’ interim chief digital information officer since June and was previously technology programmes director.
