A High Court judge has dismissed a legal challenge against the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea’s removal of a protected cycle lane after seven weeks.

The lanes, installed on both sides of the street, were removed in December 2020, seven weeks into a scheduled 18-month trial and before construction on the scheme had been fully completed.
