A Freedom of Information (FoI) request to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) by motor insurance loss adjuster, Claims Management & Adjusting (CMA) has revealed that 17,086 UK motorists are still paying tax on vehicles listed as stolen.
