Matthew Lodge OBE is starting a new position at the DfT as Director, Rail Public Ownership Programme. Lodge has been at the DfT for the past 11 years, and has spent the past five years as Rail Infrastructure South Director.
Prior to joining the DfT he spent five years at the Strategic Rail Authority.
