Northants rail freight MSCP completed

A multi-storey car park has been built by main contractor VolkerFitzpatrick for distribution park developer ProLogis as part of the Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal (DIRFT) rail port facility in Northamptonshire.

DIRFT II is the second phase of the logistics centre  which provides rail connections to the Continent via the Channel Tunnel. DIRFT II creates an additional 180,000m² of warehouse and distribution facilities for Tesco.
