FRENCH-OWNED?transport group Veolia has concluded a deal to acquire coach operator Astons of Kempsey and its associated Ultima Tours business. The deal brings an additional 33 vehicles to Veolia’s growing bus and coach operation in the UK.
Astons was established in 1929 and has diversified into coach hire and school contract work. The Ultima Tours operation caters for school and youth groups offering tailor-made European packages.
