Parking contractor NSL has opened a central operations centre to manage radio communications with 1,100 civil enforcement officers (CEOs) working on 13 London contracts. 

The radio operations centre (ROC), housed at NSL’s headquarters in west London, replaces 13 separate radio control rooms across the capital. The previous analogue and push-button system has been replaced with digital GPS, which allows controllers to chart in real-time the geographic location of each CEO.
