Belfast City Council has appointed NSL to deliver and maintain Northern Ireland’s first public bike hire scheme. NSL will work with Nextbike, which is providing the bicycle infrastructure and management system.

The contract between NSL and the council is for six years, with an option to renew for a further three years. NSL’s activities range from providing parking enforcement to NHS patient services, while its transport and urban design consultancy arm Project Centre worked on...
