Excel Parking Services sells Darlington site to McLaren

A car park site in County Durham will become home to HM Treasury’s head offices outside London.

Excel Parking Services sold an option on an 80,000 square foot site in Darlington to McLaren Property. McLaren subsequently sold on to the Government Property Agency to create what will be the Treasury’s second headquarters.
