'Firm but fair’ parking regime for North Lincs

North Lincolnshire Council is due to take over responsibility for on-street parking enforcement from Humberside Police on 1 March. The council has adopted civil parking enforcement (CPE) powers under the Traffic Management Act 2004. The front-line and back office operation will be run in-house by civil enforcement manager Harry?Metcalfe.
