Wales embraces personal travel plans

What is claimed to be the UK’s biggest personal travel planning project to cut car use was launched in Wales this week. The £4m four-year project is  funded by the Welsh Government and being led by Sustrans Cymru, with assistance from consultant Socialdata. Phase one of the project will focus on the Cardiff area – Cardiff is the Welsh Government’s sustainable travel city –  with 63,000 households being targeted in the Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan council...
