We need to work together to get the best out of the passenger transport system. The key issue in this is trust, and an ability to cooperate even where transport operators are working in a strongly commercial context. We want to also help improve the relationship operators have with their customers - on both areas of difficulty when things go wrong, and in establishing much more creative customer-supplier dialogues.
