Re-writing accident liability law will damage road relations

How ironic that in the very same issue that John Brown complains that the UK’s 35 million drivers and the 60 million that depend on them are receiving proportionate representation in LTT, we have Brenda Mitchell of the cyclists’ lobby demanding automatic civil liability for UK drivers. I hope it is ok with John that I respond to this.
