The campaign group 20’s Plenty for Us has highlighted the fact that the City of Westminster had the highest road casualty figure in London in 2013 (‘20mph campaigners target Westminster’ LTT 6 Feb), clearly trying to imply that this situation is due to the council’s refusal to impose blanket 20mph speed limits.
