Welsh Government to link bus grant to operator standards

The Welsh Government is consulting on rolling out a scheme piloted in South East Wales that rewards bus operators for meeting defined enhanced quality standards.

Unlike similar initiatives in England and Scotland, the Welsh scheme will not involve additional funding and could therefore penalise some operators.
