Local authorities in north-east Scotland will appeal the Court of Session’s quashing of their Strategic Transport Fund (LTT 19 Aug 16). The Supreme Court has accepted the application to appeal by Aberdeen City and Shire Strategic Development Planning Authority. Nestrans, the North East Scotland Transport Partnership, says a date for the hearing is still awaited and a final decision may be a year to 18 months away. ...
