There have been several recent articles about the issues surrounding 20mph, including making 20mph the default speed limit. Here’s the problem; everyone seems to do 20mph, zones or areas, in a different or piecemeal way. The current flavour of the month seems to be 20mph in residential areas with no self-enforcing features and, virtually, no other enforcement.
