The Office of Rail and Road is consulting on Transport for Wales’ (TfW) application to become an infrastructure manager of last resort for the Core Valley Lines rail network. TfW has set up a company, Wales Infrastructure Manager of Last Resort Ltd (WIMLR), and applied to the ORR for a network licence.
