An elderly pedestrian died in a collision in a Torquay supermarket car park.
Emergency services were called at about 16:20 GMT on Thursday 9 January after a red Citroen C3 was in collision with a woman at the Marks & Spencer car park at The Willows.
The woman, who was in her 80s, was taken to Derriford Hospital in Plymouth and died later the same day, said Devon and Cornwall Police.
The male driver from Paignton was uninjured.
