A closer focus from France on its operations in the UK seems to be signalled by RATP with the departure of Paul Matthews, who has headed RATP Dev UK business since last year. The move leaves RATP’s interests in the UK under Cyril Carniel, director of the Northern Europe Business Unit, which also covers Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark.
