Driver fined for endangering CEO

A West Midlands woman has pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention after she drove at, and subsequently injured, a civil enforcement officer (CEO) from Walsall on 14 January.

Olamiju Unuigboje was sentenced at Walsall Magistrates’ Court on 5 March 2014. She received three penalty points on her licence and was fined £140 for driving at APCOA Parking CEO Andrew Walker. Unuigboje was also told to pay £85 in associated legal costs.
