Bypass design ‘flouts Active Travel Act’

Cycling and walking charities say the Welsh Government’s planned Caernarfon bypass in Gwynedd, North Wales, will make active travel less attractive and safe, despite the plans having been prepared since the Government passed the Active Travel (Wales) Act 2013.
