Watford Borough Council has appointed Arriva to deliver its Click demand responsive transport (DRT) service. The news comes as Arriva closed down its first Click operation in Sittingbourne, Kent.

ArrivaClick operates in defined zones. Passengers book a journey via an app and are picked up at an agreed time within 200 metres of their desired pick-up point, and dropped off as close to their final destination as possible. Payment is made via the app using a credit or debit card.
